# Productiesysteem

## Aanwezigheid van labels

Producten met een label van toegevoegde milieuwaarde (zie onderstaande lijst) komen in aanmerking voor bijbehorende bonussen.

## Milieubeleid

In geval van afwezigheid van een label, geven het milieubeleid van de herkomstlanden bonus- of strafpunten op basis van de EPI-index.

**Deze twee criteria kunnen niet worden gecombineerd**: het milieubeleid van het land wordt alleen in overweging genomen bij afwezigheid van een label. Het doel is om dubbelzinnigheid te vermijden tussen deze criteria, aangezien de specificaties van de labels strenger zijn dan de milieubeleidsmaatregelen die op nationaal niveau zijn geïmplementeerd.

In the absence of a label, the environmental policy of the countries of origin provides bonus or penalty points based on the EPI index.

**These two criteria cannot be combined**: the country's environmental policy is only considered in the absence of a label. The aim is to avoid redundancy between these criteria since the specifications of the labels are more stringent than the environmental policies implemented at the national level.

Products with a label of added environmental value (see list below) are eligible for associated bonuses.
